Barista started from a simple belief: a good cup of coffee deserves a good place to be served. Not a drive-thru window — a real space, with real attention, where the person making your drink actually cares that it's right.
We source thoughtfully, roast to order, and pull every shot by hand. It takes longer than some might like — and that's the point. The coffee is the reason you're here. Everything else is just atmosphere.
Located on Shawnee Road in Lima, we're a neighborhood coffeehouse for people who want their morning to feel a little more intentional.
